Warning
The condensate (auxiliary alarm) switch is open - water is backing up in the evaporator coil drain pan. The control turns off the outdoor unit until it clears.

Likely causes, most common first
- Water level in the evaporator coil base pan has reached an undesirable level
- Blocked condensate drain, trap or piping
What you can safely check yourself
- Check the condensate drain line and trap for a clog or standing water
- Check for water in or around the drain pan under the indoor coil
When to call a technician
If the drain is not obviously clogged, or you cannot clear it safely, have a technician clear the drain and check the float switch.
A Goodman air conditioner throwing this code repeatedly has a reason — clearing the code without fixing the cause just hides it.
