Hard lockout
The fuse on the control board has blown, so there is no 24 volt control power and the furnace will not run.

Likely causes, most common first
- Blown fuse
- Short in low voltage wiring
- Back of control board is touching mounting panel because standoffs are missing
What you can safely check yourself
- Check the furnace breaker in the electrical panel and reset it once if tripped
When to call a technician
The fuse blew because of a short. Replacing it without finding the short just blows another one - have a technician trace the low-voltage wiring.
A Amana furnace throwing this code repeatedly has a reason — clearing the code without fixing the cause just hides it.
